Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial site visits to gather data on the property, understand client requirements, and assess necessary materials and labor.
- Prepares pricing estimates for review by Office Manager and Sales Director.
- Provide complete details of client requirements to the Office Manager.
- Collaborate closely with the Office Manager to schedule job crews and order materials efficiently.
- Conduct final walkthroughs with clients to ensure complete satisfaction; address any concerns and validate acceptance of the completed job.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the company CRM.
- Proactively address and resolve any customer quality concerns, ensuring all issues are handled promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in landscaping, hardscaping, project management, or a similar field management role.
- A degree or equivalent experience in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of landscaping design, materials, and maintenance practices.
- Proficiency in using software for scheduling and customer management.
