Humble Beginnings
Jake Morris, the founder and owner of Fine Touch Services, started the company in 2018. Like many small businesses, it began with something simple: lawn mowing.
“I started by mowing lawns,” Jake recalls. “That first year, I was just focused on learning the basics and building trust with clients.”
As the business grew, so did Jake’s ambition. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, he saw an opportunity to expand.
Growing with the Community
“During the COVID period, I branched out into mulch, landscape cleanups, plants, rocks—just general lawn and landscape maintenance,” Jake explains.
By 2020, Fine Touch Services had taken a major step forward. Jake and his team began offering hardscaping and outdoor living services, including patios, pergolas, pavilions, and more. The company quickly became known for building beautiful, functional outdoor spaces throughout Fishers, Carmel, Westfield, Fortville, Noblesville, Zionsville, and surrounding areas.
Building a Team and Expanding Services
In 2022, Jake welcomed Malcolm to the team as Director of Sales, bringing even more structure and efficiency to Fine Touch Services. Malcolm now oversees the customer relationship management system (CRM) and helps manage daily operations.
