First Time Customer. Converted to Lifetime Customer after my 1st experience with them. When you experience a service that completely exceeds your expectations, you feel compelled to tell others about it so they too have the opportunity to have the same rare experience. I learned about Fine Touch Services by searching Top Landscaping Companies with the best reviews, and was introduced to them. After reading multiple 5-Star reviews, I looked no further and made my decision to reach out to them for a quote. From the initial phone call to meeting someone at my property to go over everything was less than 2 days. The gentleman that met me at my property was extremely polite and professional. In addition to what I needed done, he offered me other ideas and services to make sure I was fully aware of the scope of their service offerings, which was plentiful. I agreed to contract with them and within a very acceptable time frame, they began their 2-day project. I was very impressed with all their working staff, and the incredible quality of work they provided. The most amazing aspect of my project involved the level of communication with me during the entire project from start to finish. I have owned several homes in my lifetime, and have contracted with multiple service companies for various things, but have NEVER experienced this level of communication and professionalism from a service organization like Fine Touch Services. Fine Touch just completed the following work for me:grading, sodding in the front yard and French drain and dry river bed to improve drainage in the back yard. They are responsive, communicate well, and sent a crew of hard workers who did a great job and left the property looking great. I’m 110% satisfied and will definitely use them again.

Super positive experience. We installed a pool and our backyard did not look like a backyard anymore. In two days the Fine Touch team came installed pavers, mulch and Sod. They did an excellent job!

The guys that did the work were very friendly and did a great job and the folks at the office were very responsive with great communication. The pricing was reasonable. They did this on short notice so I could get my house listed and looking great!
